The rider shall hold a valid motorcycle driver’s license.

Minimum 21 years of age for the
rider.

One week advanced reservation for our one day tours and one
month advanced reservation for all of our other tours. (We accept last minute
reservations if space is available.)

Reservation deposit: $500.00
for rider and $250.00 for passenger. This deposit can be refunded if
written notice is received one month (30 days) prior to the scheduled tour
date.

The balance of the payment
shall be received one month (30 days) prior to the scheduled starting date
of the tour. If a payment is not received by that time, it will be
assumed that the reservation has been cancelled and the deposit shall be
forfeited.

No refunds once the tour has commenced.

No refunds for unused services.

US$1000.00 damage security deposit and $2000.00 for the Adventure and Central America (21 day) tours (to be refunded at the end of the tour if motorcycle returned undamaged.) If the bike is severely damaged, ACS Motorcycle Tours will deduct the amount for repairs from the deposit and return the unused balance of your deposit to you. If damage is in excess of US $1000.00 (or $2000.00 for the Adventure and Central America - 21 day- Tours), you will not be liable for any amount in excess of your deposit.

Our customers will be required to sign a waiver of
liability prior to commencing the tour.

Minimum of three riders is required for the tour to commence
– maximum 5 riders.

All riders and passengers are required to wear a helmet and
gloves at all times while riding a motorcycle.

We recommend that our riders and passengers wear
full protective gear designed for motorcycle riding - if that is not
possible we recommend as a minimum: long pants
(preferably jeans), sturdy shoes that cover their ankles, and a sturdy long
sleeve shirt or jacket (nylon and polyester clothing should be avoided).

ACS Motorcycle Tours reserves the right to terminate the
tour for any of our guests if they are intoxicated or if their riding
endangers other riders, pedestrians or if they are breaking local traffic
laws.
